From downtown Tampa:

Drive north on I-275 and then take Exit #279 - State Road 54. Turn right on State Road 54 and proceed east 2.6 miles to Curley Road. Turn left (north) onto Curley Road. Bridgeview at WaterGrass is located 2.1 miles ahead on the east side of Curley Road.

From Tampa using I-75:

Drive north on I-75 and then take Exit #279 - State Road 54. Turn right and proceed east 2.6 miles to Curley Road. Turn left (north) on Curley Road. Bridgeview at WaterGrass is located 2.1 miles ahead on the east side of Curley Road.

From areas of Florida north of State Road 54:

Drive south on I-75 to Exit #285 - State Road 52. Turn left onto State Road 52 and proceed east 3.2 miles to Curley Road. Turn right (south) on Curley Road. Curley Road makes a right turn after approximately 1.3 miles. Make the turn and continue on Curley Road approximately 4.1 miles to Bridgeview at WaterGrass. Bridgeview is on the left (east) side of Curley Road.
